STARS ON SUNDAY 11 - 12 EACH WEEK, THE FOURTH WEEK, OUR AMAZING RECTOR MYRTLE HAS AN ALL AGE SERVICE SO WE STAY IN CHURCH. OUR TEACHERS, ALWAYS HAVE GREAT IDEAS, TALKS AND STORIES WITH THE MAIN TEACHER, ASHLEIGH.

Stars on Sunday return on Sunday 8th September 2024 @ 11am.

STARS ON MONDAY 2:30PM - 4:00PM , IS AN AFTER SCHOOL CLUB FOR PRIMARY AGE CHILDREN WITH FUN, GAMES, STORIES AND QUIET TIME, ASHLEIGH RUNS THIS CLUB ALSO WITH THE HELP OF OTHER VOLUNTEERS.

Stars on Monday return on Monday 9th September 2024 @ 2:30pm - 4:00pm

Our beautiful Christmas Tree in St.Johns, decorated by Barbara from the Mothers Union, thank you. The presents gathered under the tree will be distributed to Homestart this week, thank you to all the parishoners who have given to the children.

Remembrance Sunday Service, 12th November.

The service will start at 11:30am.

Stars on Sunday children will meet in church at 11:30am and leave for Sunday School after the children’s story.

NOTE : There is a change to the Sunday School times. Please drop your Little Stars into the Church Hall before the church service at 11:00am and collect them after church is over, this is in line with Covid restrictions.

“Stars on Sunday” is a fun way for children to unite and learn about the Bible teachings.

Each week we have a short sermon where children are encouraged to ask questions & discuss bible stories.

This is followed by an activity including games, drawing, cutting and colouring which enables them learn other essential skills.

Children are away from Church from 11.15am, returning to church on each communion Sunday

Children from 3 years upwards are very welcome to come and join the other Stars.
